Q: What's included in a pattern purchase?
A: When you buy a pattern, you'll receive two PDFs:

Q: How do I access my files after purchase?
A: Right after payment, you'll get an email with a download link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, sometimes emails end up there by mistake.

Q: Can I re-download my pattern later?
A: Yes! The download link will work for X days, but I recommend saving the files right away. If you lose them, just email me with your order number, and I'll send them again.

Q: Do I need special skills to use these patterns?
A: Most of my patterns are beginner-friendly, with clear instructions. If you're new to stitching, I recommend starting with simpler designs before moving to more detailed ones.

Q: Can I sell finished items made from your patterns?
A: Yes! You're welcome to sell what you create. However, please do not share or resell the PDF files themselves.

Q: Can I gift or share the pattern with a friend?
A: For copyright reasons, please ask them to purchase their own copy. This helps support my small business

Q: What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
A: Since patterns are digital, I can't offer refunds. However, if there's a problem with the file (e.g., missing pages, errors), let me know and I'll fix it immediately!

Q: The PDF won't open—what should I do?
A: First, make sure you have a PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat). If it still won't open, try downloading it again or contact me for help.

Q: How can I be sure your shop is reliable, and are the patterns good quality?
A: As this is a new website, I haven't yet added a review system here. However, you're welcome to check my Etsy shop for feedback from previous customers. I've built a solid reputation there for high-quality, carefully tested designs. Rest assured, I take great pride in my work and am committed to providing the same excellent service on this platform.
